Shipping Policy
There are several shipping options available for each country. Shipping methods and costs are clearly shown on all quotations. Our official logistics partner is UPS. For complete details on which services are available in which countries, visit the UPS website. Sometimes we may use alternative carriers for logistical or operational reasons. All inventory items are usually shipped from one of our warehouses within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery times are detailed on all quotations and several options are available, including next day delivery to many locations. We can also offer scheduled and Saturday deliveries. Once your items are shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email that includes your carrier name and a tracking number with a link to their website.
Express Delivery
Because we understand how costly and disruptive a malfunction can be, we offer worldwide express delivery on all our products. Our network of preferred partner warehouses, as well as our own distribution centers, allow us to offer truly unique service in the industry worldwide. GET YOUR OWN BUDGET You can arrange your own transportation, there may be a fee for packing and handling. Please contact our sales team if you wish to use your own shipping company and forward your account details and the level of service required and we will do the rest. Under no circumstances accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods, etc. while in transit if you choose your own carrier. It is your responsibility and that of your carrier to resolve any issues directly with each other.
Local Customs Charges
It is your responsibility to pay any charges related to the importation of goods to your country. Under no circumstances do we accept responsibility for local taxes and / or customs duties that may be paid upon delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet these requirements.
No Order Received
There are several reasons why an item you ordered may not have been received: Order Missing or Delayed Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 business days from receipt of payment, depending on which shipping option you choose. We will notify you if there are any delays or longer delivery times. If you believe your item has been lost or delayed, please contact us. Item out of stock temporarily If an item runs out of stock and we expect to receive new inventory within a reasonable time, we will place your order and ship the item as soon as inventory becomes available. Item Unavailable If an item becomes unavailable or discontinued by the manufacturer, which means we are unexpectedly unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you to inform you. If we are unable to fulfill your request or offer a suitable alternative, we will issue an immediate refund if your payment has already been processed. Payment declined or not received If we are unable to process your payment for any reason, we will contact you to inform you and request that you access your account and update your card or bank details as necessary.
Return and Exchange Policy
All items supplied or repaired by us are fully tested and carefully packaged prior to shipment, including the use of antistatic bags / cling film where applicable. If we do not receive a message from you within 7 days of delivery regarding any issues with the items, we believe you have received the items in good condition and without problems. If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Then you have 7 more days to return the item, with all documentation and full packaging, for evaluation / inspection purposes. We only allow the return of an article in the following cases:

We offer a full 12 month return policy for all new, refurbished and service replaced parts. So if you have problems within 12 months of the delivery date, please contact our customer support team, who will be happy to help and explain what you need to do next. Damaged Article During Transportation
If the item becomes damaged during transportation, you must notify us within 7 days so that we can provide you with a replacement item. If a replacement item is not available, the price of the item as paid will be refunded through the payment method used at the time of purchase of the item. Shipping costs will also be refunded if the damage is due to our packaging and / or our carrier.
Incorrect Article
If you receive an item that does not match the item you ordered, you must contact us within 7 days to arrange collection and return. If you wish to return an item for any reason other than above, you must inform us in writing of the return and the reason for the return within 7 days of receiving the item. You will then have 7 more days to return the item in its original condition and packaging to allow immediate resale. Returns of this nature are subject to a 35% restocking fee. This return policy excludes specially manufactured software and products.
